Jeffrey is the only son to Billionaire Charles McGuire, he took over the helm of GLOBEX Industries in 1985 at the age of 19. Call brash, and immature he made GLOBEX the number one provider of services to Angel Falls Transit Authority, as well as a major player in weapons, and technology to the US Government.
